Orders are shipped through Purolator, UPS ground service or the post office within 24 hours. Delivery time will be approximately 3  weeks for US and Canadian residents, however most customers receive their order within 1 week. Additional shipping charges will be applied to second day and overnight requests.  International shipping and delivery times are calculated per order, unless otherwise specified. Gen-X accepts money orders and certified checks in both Canadian and US funds. Gen-X collects PST and GST taxes in Ontario, and GST in the rest of Canada (unless otherwise specified.  Our US and International customers pay no sales tax, however duty and customs charges may apply on some purchases entering your country.  We request that International customers send us an email request to obtain shipping price information and anticipated delivery time. Gen-X guarantees that all information obtained from our customers will not be distributed or sold to a third party. Our priority is to ensure a secure environment for our customers. In the case of damaged goods, you may request a refund or an exchange for another item. Gen-X will refund all shipping costs for damaged goods or incorrect items that you have received. Shipping costs on returned items for any other reason are the responsibility of the customer. Items may be returned within 30 days from the time they are shipped for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are final. Return all items in their original box and packaging materials when possible. Please use a standard shipping service. Gen-X does not accept C.O.D.'s for returns.
